Our technician will drive to your residence, mount/unmount the TV safely if needed, inspect the symptoms, and open the back cover to perform diagnostic testing on the power supply, main logic board, backlights, and relays. You will receive an exact explanation of what needs to be repaired.
- Scheduling Time Windows
We value your time. We offer concrete, 2-to-3 hour scheduling windows (e.g., 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) instead of making you wait all day. Our technician will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
